Returns / Exchange Policy
Above all, we hope that you are happy with your order! But in the event that something isn’t satisfactory, please see the return/exchange guidelines below. Not all items have the same guidelines. Contact us with any inquires at email@example.com.
CUSTOM MADE / MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS:
All bespoke, custom made and made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged and the sale is final. If the item is received damaged or not satisfactory we will make repairs and/or alterations as needed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, HOODIES, JOGGERS, ACCESSORIES, MASKS:
These items are printed-on-demand. So, when you place an order, the item is then printed specifically for you and shipped to your door! Therefore, we can only exchange or refund these particular items that are damaged or mis-printed by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order.
BASIC JACKETS and HIPSTER PUPS COLLECTIONS:
Items received damaged, does not fit properly or does not suit you can be exchanged or a refund can be issued notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take approximately 7 working days.
